2.4 Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or holidays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
3.1 For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply.
3.2 These are not included in product prices or shipping fees and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available).
4.2 Tracking activation may take up to 48 hours after shipment.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
5.1 Failscool is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier.
5.2 If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
5.3 Keep all packaging and documentation until the issue is resolved.
