Each product is made individually after the order is placed, which means special rules apply to returns and refunds as described below.

1. Custom-Made Products

1.1 All our items are produced on demand once your order is confirmed.

1.2 Under Article 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, customers do not have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason if the goods are made to their specifications or clearly personalized.

1.3 Therefore, returns for change of mind, wrong size, color, or design are not accepted.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

2.1 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

2.2 You can file a claim within 24 months of receiving the goods by emailing shop@failscool.com.

2.3 Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

2.4 Once the claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

3. Return Procedure for Defective Items

3.1 After your claim is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the correct return address.

3.2 Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3.3 Shipping costs for approved claims are covered by us.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified about the outcome.

4.2 If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 We do not accept returns for:

 

  • personalized or custom-made products (including printed apparel),

  • gift cards or digital products,

  • items marked as final sale.
